Payment terms & refunds
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in your engagement letter. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where a service has not commenced, deposits may be refundable at our discretion; once work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Full terms are set out in your engagement letter and our Terms of Use.
